V12 needs new water pump + thermostat

Last week the M70 V12 Water pump finally gave way after almost 3 years in my care, and abuse(?). Not to mention many more years before my possession of the engine.

Starting the M70 V12 before buying

Here’s a video of the mechanics trying to start the engine to make sure the V12 works before i buy it. It did start, but had really lumpy idling. I found out after that that the 750i ran on 2 fuel pumps and the guys at Duke Racing used only 1 fuel pump to supply fuel. Nevertheless, it was still a joy watching the marvelous engine come to life – almost.
